Effective date: August 26, 2026
This notice explains how Medtalio handles information provided by healthcare professionals, employer representatives, and website visitors.
Information you provide
You may provide your name, contact information, résumé or CV, employment history, professional licenses and certifications, availability, location preferences, compensation expectations, references, and information related to a job application or staffing request.
How information is used
Medtalio uses information to respond to inquiries, assess potential job matches, communicate about opportunities, support screening and credentialing, coordinate interviews and onboarding, provide staffing services, maintain business records, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
When information may be shared
Candidate information may be shared with a prospective employer after the opportunity has been discussed and the candidate has agreed to be presented. Information may also be shared with service providers supporting recruitment, screening, credentialing, communications, or legal compliance when appropriate. Medtalio does not sell personal information.
Website forms and technology
Website form submissions are transmitted to Medtalio through FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service that delivers the information to Medtalio’s email account. FormSubmit may process technical information and retain submissions for a limited period as described in its service documentation. This website also uses externally hosted fonts and an embedded map. Those providers and the website host may receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request logs.
Security and retention
Medtalio uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information handled. No email or internet transmission is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for recruitment, staffing, business, contractual, and legal purposes.
Sensitive information
Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, patient information, login credentials, or copies of government identification through ordinary email. If sensitive information is required for an authorized screening or onboarding process, Medtalio will explain the appropriate method.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you have provided, or request that Medtalio stop contacting you. Some information may need to be retained for legal, contractual, security, or recordkeeping reasons.
Updates to this notice
This notice may be updated as Medtalio’s services and technology change. The effective date will be revised when a material update is published.
